It covers a range of service and maintenance options from planned preventative maintenance to all year round, guaranteed repairs in 2 hours.

How we deliver

Our service is delivered through a national infrastructure of highly trained, locally based engineers, supported by a state-of-the- art, Service Management System and call centre.

Our 24/7 helpdesk is staffed by qualified personnel who can access your system / database to best manage a quick response to your service request. In some cases we may be able to fix problems over the phone there and then. If a service visit is required detailed routing, fault and system information is sent to the engineer. We use PDA / mobile devices to track and monitor our engineers improving response time, efficiency and productivity.
